Why Do I Go Wet Before My Period?

GNTHM (GermanysNextTopHouseMover)

Phew ... almost done!

The most important things in this last weekend all the way (the court) made it into our new small house. The way was short, but also a "short move" is quite exhausting.

Since "inzeitungeinwickeln" is long, cumbersome box with packing would not have paid in time, we have virtually the entire household goods piecemeal chauffeured from old to new. This advantage of the journey was made almost destroyed ... we think not at all, how many individual parts so flying around in kitchen drawers!

To us (due to bad weather, but quite mushy) Umzugsweg Sun Cabinet as possible urban uniform had our fathers a great idea. Tadaaa: the ultimate genius and today patented, unique work catwalk!

the catwalk for GermanysNextTopHouseMover

form better way to move almost at all. And the part is built to last forever ;-) Maybe we'll save the expensive driveway and just sow grass around the runway around :-))

Otherwise, we are pretty well on target. This was also really just the fact before our wedding essentials, that is, bed, couch, clothes, kitchen utensils and PC to move.

order to make it but a bit homely Tanya has already hung the curtains in the bedroom and living-dining area. So much time has to be!

Attentive viewers of this image have certainly probably our most valuable belongings espied: the Kätzies also have moved into their new home on Saturday.

And after a brief introductory tour of the entire premises (only the two potential children are locked for cats), the two ladies seem to have really good feeling.

our sporadic furnished living room ... incl satisfied puss

The next weeks will be available after the wedding, all about the "comfortable making. Finally, some fully assembled furniture and even a few cabinets are moved.

... We will report :-)

The Best Remedy For Verruca

last work before moving

The weekend looming ;-)

Some things were or are still on our "Nochzuerledigenliste. A few of these things we could tick off in the last few days but (also thanks to some hard-working helpers):

first Laminate and lighting in the work

After the gallery and the bedroom a long time ago by a professional who had been transferred, came early in the week the work on the series. The two children have for our move at the weekend not to be ready, so we have since ran again later! Includes ceiling lamp is the work almost complete. Only the skirting must be installed.

second Lighting:

side of the lamp in the study were still attached to the lights in the bathroom (same lamp as in the study) and the outside lights on the front door.

Especially after the outdoor lighting we had to look pretty long. Somehow We were able to make most from the offer of local furniture stores and DIY stores is not really convincing. Found what we were finally in a lamp store.

And they look out the good bits:

third The house number:

Another indication that at last the river winds down, that our house has finally got a house number is missing! This was a similar severe birth, such as external lights. But here we are looking for a long long time on the web find become!

The house number is a solar light with individual Beschfriftung (color, font, number and text can be selected). To make it google street view not to make too easy, we have airbrushed out the street name but ;-)

4th The bathroom window

floor ceiling windows in the bathroom are so beautiful ... but have a decisive disadvantage: they deliver a truly world-class neighbors panoramic views of EVERYTHING that you all day there is so ;-)

So I needed a visual cover! For the lower windows, we quickly for easy frost glass film stick to the decision. After a little Friemelei this was also appropriate and not at times looks so bad!

For the top two, large window should be something special but her. Again, it was not so easy to find something adequate (because we are soooo demanding ????).

vertical blinds and normal blinds were somehow not as the right one. The race then made two "pleats, pleated blinds or Roman blinds also called ;-). But where to get nice? In Hardware gabs again nothing ordinary ...

problem can be once again the love web. We found a shop that is a huge Auwahl of fabrics and made to measure offered. So fixed was measured, selected and finally installed today! The pattern should match the wallpaper, of course ... So gabs again: FLOWER (what else, if the lady of the house for choice) ;-)) but from looking great and the quality is super!

5th Curtains

Also today, the first preparations were made for the curtains. These will then be attached ... maybe tomorrow We'll see whether we come to it. Finally, still waiting on the wall unit, assembled and installed to be.

Tawnee Stone Accident

vitamin D - this should ALL know about vitamin D !!!!!

importance of vitamin D3 and calcium for
human health (as of 12/09)

Dr. Anna Dorothea Hock • Doctor of Internal Medicine, Cologne

Why is vitamin D intake important?

Vitamin D is important for:
• supporting and connective tissue, extracellular matrix (including bones, joints, muscles, teeth and supporting structures) [6,8,29,30,58,60,91,100]
• Record in the gut and retention of calcium and phosphate in the body
[4,9,10,12,23,26,120,122-124]
• immune system (germ defense, immune regulation, braking of auto-immune processes)
[11.14-19; 22,25,40,50,52,63,64,66,90,97,127]
• Heart and circulatory functions [44,77,78,132]
• Child activity of genes and gene products, formation of [14 to 16.71, 84,101,125]
• signal transduction in cells and influence metabolism [71,84,86,99]
• Hormonal balance (works with other hormones)
[30,52,53,73,21,37,38,54,62, 70,75,85,87,98,104,105,110,115,119]
• Effective against oxidative and reductive stress and thereby obtains the necessary "Redox Balance
[36,57,59,61,95,126]
• Mental functions (life force and joy, alertness, awareness, inner peace,
stress resilience, sleep) [14,39,50,51]

Why does vitamin D something to do with the sun?
Under sunlight made it in [52,96,116]:
• phyto-and zoo-plankton
• Plants as ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) •
animals and humans in the subcutaneous fat cells than cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

What causes a Vitamin D deficiency?
The conditions of our Western lifestyle and settling of people in
zones of the globe that are further away from the equator, is not enough sun on the skin of the human
[14,52,82,98,101,116-118].
beneficiaries of vitamin D deficiency include: • Clothing

• sun protection factor of 8 from use up
• long working hours in buildings
• dark Ethnicity
• inability without assistance to go outside
• Through enzyme induction, such as alcohol abuse, certain drugs (for epilepsy,
depression, psychosis, transplant rejection) [30,52,96]

http://www .orthobiovital.de / Biogena --- products-az / Biogena-vitamin-d.php

Is vitamin D in sufficient quantities present in food? [47,52,96,116,117]
No for Western European diet and included in the amounts of food are small compared
the amount that can be achieved by a single sun (about 10,000 IU).
vitamin D as a fat-soluble substance is enriched in:
• fatty fish (eg salmon), especially if they live wild (it can contain up to 100 grams
1000 IU vitamin D3)
• cod liver oil (1 tsp 500 IU vitamin D3)
• Fish oils •
certain fungi (eg 100 grams of shiitake, sun-dried, can be about 1600 IU vitamin D2
be included)

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

How can a vitamin D deficiency be diagnosed?
not make sense is the determination of "activated" 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin [1,25 (OH) 2D3], since its height
nothing about the supply of vitamin D3 says. In contrast, the 25-hydroxyvitamin D3
blood levels [25 (OH) D3] a very reliable measure of the current vitamin D status. 25 (OH) D3
can be easily measured in the blood [14,15,50-52,96,116-118]. It must be remembered however, that a unique
measured value, which is in the desired range, but do not mention year-round supply of vitamin D
, unless it is consistently substituted.
If the level is below 30-40 ng / ml (80-100 nmol / L) are located, for these diverse biological functions
no longer given optimal conditions [14,15,47,50-53,92,96,106,118].
is why it malfunctions and finally to multi-system diseases [89].

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

Which vitamin D supplements are available?
• ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) (if the content is declared as calciferol, is vitamin D2 included)
• cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)
• From heavy fish oils freed cod liver oil (disadvantage: low cholecalciferol dose and additional
a 10 x higher proportion of vitamin A with the risk of vitamin A overdose)

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

Why is increasing the substitution of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)
take ergocalciferol (D2 Vitam) favors?
Vitamin D2 is biologically weaker than vitamin D3, but shifts of 25 (OH) D3-
mirror provision in the measure with one, so that the biological activity can be assessed worse
[55.116].

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

How can optimal vitamin D3 levels [25OHD3] of 40-80 ng / be achieved ml
(100-ca. 200 nmol / L)?
Not if the by the World Health Organisation (WHO) designated dose of 500 to 800 IU
(12.5 to 20 mcg) per day are taking.
These doses are for adults and even infants inadequately low.
by recent studies and observations has been found that only doses of 2,000 IU
(50 mcg) to help a powerful immune system, which is also dangerous pathogens such as influenza viruses can fend
[7,14,15,48]. Therefore, there is now in the English speaking
a dose of 2,000 IU (50 mcg) than the highest safe daily dose [52]. It was also about
also found that many people even in this dose not have any desirable
25 (OH) D3 levels reach about 40 ng / ml (100 nmol / L). In these cases, using the
level measurements, the individual needs are identified, [50,51,117]. In practice, this means
: The not-the-counter in drug stores and pharmacies vitamin DPräparate
cover your true need for vitamin D. Their real needs are better met by
abroad-the-counter and mail order available
higher doses of vitamin D supplements. Since
shall, however, the pharmaceutical manufacturer in selling the limits of WHO as alleged
daily requirements based on need, the dose of 2,000 IU (50 mcg) in a tablet than 500%
of the daily requirement declared that unfortunately layman, very wrong to confuse
and can irritate.
Clinical experience shows that for therapeutic purposes, for example, if the immune strengthening
administered, often daily doses of 5000-10000 IU (125 to 250 mcg) are needed to the
25 (OH) D3 levels to a minimum of 40 ng / ml (100 nmol / L) to raise [50-52,117,118].

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

Why is a combined intake of vitamin D3 and calcium important?
A deficiency in vitamin D, it is inevitable over time also
a lack of calcium. If vitamin D3 levels [25 (OH) D3] below 40 ng / ml (100 nmol / L) decreases, no
adequate calcium in the intestine is longer guaranteed [4,26,42,45,46,93,120]. If the body
decreases the supply of calcium, which not only has serious consequences for the bones because they
then decalcified [45.80], but biological structures, such as proteins or bony supporting tissues
descale as well [2,33,67 ]. Calcium serves as a buffer against protons, acts to counter the chronic
acidity. Calcium helps to form proteins, their secondary structure [67]. The
in the status of vitamin D deficiency, inadequate Calcium binding results in changes of the form
and function of proteins that are manifested clinically only as a function disorders, and later as undetectable
disease and even lead to a vitamin D resistance may [2,33,44,47,50-52].
is also the function of genes and cells in many ways by a lack of calcium
changed to the same extent as in a lack of vitamin D [2,20,24,28,33,65,76,102,124,
128.130].
Thus it can be a lack of vitamin D and calcium from biochemical, molecular and clinical perspective
considered separately. As a result long-term consequence for both
defects the same clinical manifestations [11,13-15,34,35,47,50,52,54,62,69,77,79,80,81,83,107,109,
119,123,128,129,130].

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

How can we prove there is a lack of calcium?
Bad, because the calcium in the blood by means of leaching of calcium from the bone is very long in the normal range
is held. A sure sign of a calcium deficiency is an increase
of parathyroid hormone (parathyroid hormone), although this increase is caused by other factors
, also may be absent [12,20,33,43,46,80,92,93,128,129]. How much calcium

should be taken?
Our Western European diet is low in calcium. Often, only 300 mg of elemental calcium per day
recorded, although the daily requirement is given of the healthy with at least 1,000 mg
[1,42-46,68,93,120-124]. Growing children, elderly and ill people need higher doses
. The maximum daily dose is given at 2,400 mg elemental calcium [42-46,121,122].
calcium is to be distributed because of the maximum attainable only recording of the intestines of 600 mg per meal
to 2 to 6 times the single dose [68].

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

How long should vitamin D3 and calcium to be taken?
Adapted to health, climate and lifestyle least substitution on sun-free
days. To accompanying adequate dietary intake of calcium or substitution of calcium
should be respected.
already recommended for chronic sufferers, the lifetime duration of treatment in combination with calcium
. The duration of intake contributes to a better overall health with
enhanced well-being, lack of susceptibility to infection and lack of exhaustion
[14,39,50-52,66,127]. The long term goal of such a life-long substitution in addition to the positive
influencing the course of any chronic disease, in particular the prevention of osteoporosis with age
significant curvature of the spine and general muscle weakness
[8,23,26,27,29,43,44,58,80,82,100].

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

threatening kidney stones or calcifications in the administration of vitamin D3 and calcium? [32,92,94,106]
If the specified limits are taken into account, NO.
shows the contrary, clinical experience, that people who are as prone to kidney stones, under
vitamin D3 administration have even less stone passage than without calcium and phosphate. This is
because Vitamin D3 causes the biologically meaningful installation (ie chemical bonding) of calcium and phosphate and other calcium
the improved vitamin D-resistant or prevented. For security reasons, but
with a tendency to kidney stones as possible with
calcium citrate can be substituted.

Who is at increased risk for vitamin D deficiency? [14,15,30,46,50,52,82,91,98,116,117]
• People who are poleward side of the 40th, but especially beyond the 46. Latitude are

What diseases are now a chronic deficiency of vitamin D3 and calcium
brought in context?
• Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis [14,25,44,52,64,71,83,96]
• Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis [14,25,44,52,64,71,83,96]

• epilepsy [12, 14,44,52,71,83] Additional
own observations (Verdacht!):
• restless legs?
Reason: Lack of calcium affects the excitability of the nerve within the meaning of
hyperexcitability.
• Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS)?
Reason: Already in the early stages of a vitamin D deficiency is a significant disturbance of
observed detoxification. Allergies were used (rightly?) associated with a lack of calcium in
context.

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php

How can the basis of the symptoms already a shortage of vitamin D3 and suspect
calcium?
There are many symptoms that indicate a lack of calcium and vitamin D [14,15,39,50-52,
96,114,127]. From stage to stage regular, yet add more complaints. In advanced cases, with another
defects [50,51,89]:
initial stage (for detecting and treating reversible full): Not
• tiredness and fatigue and impaired concentration, nervousness •

http://www.orthobiovital.de/biogena---produkte-az/biogena-vitamin-d.php 6
• restorative sleep
• cravings for sweets
• General malaise
• Drive faults
• listlessness
• joylessness
middle stage (usually also reversible):
• Frequent infections (upper and lower respiratory tract, urinary tract and abdomen)
• Allergies, First intolerance (pseudo allergies)
• Functional complaints in all organs (from tests normal findings)
• musculoskeletal pain (nor changing places and not continuous)
• Clearer sleep
• drying of the skin and mucous membranes
become chronic stage (reduction by treatment possible, complete recovery doubtful):
• Severe fatigue and weakness, with clear functional loss (job,
daily activities, social contacts)
• Severe intolerance reactions to food and materials of everyday life
• Change the primary personality
• Chronic and all over the body Distributed by pain "neuropathic" character
• ADDED chronic severe disorders such as including rheumatic, autoimmune or inflammatory
degenerative diseases, cancer
• Addition of secondary deficiencies occur by oxidative and reductive stress

laminate, kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe ... and some other mail from Viebrock!

Phew! Those were turbulent days ... device that is technically quite what was going on in our little hut!

But as usual, all first things first:

Thursday was laid in our bedroom and in the gallery in the laminate floor. As our gallery by the inclined doors but looks pretty good ;-), but this is a nightmare for any laminate lay amateur. Therefore, we decided ranzulassen the professional. And if that is already there, "could" move the bedroom with this same. The Professional

confirmed in the evening then even our fears. Seis really difficult to cut out all the angles and have been suitably use. Therefore, we were ultimately very happy that we had not tried it ... probably would have ended in wild accusations and insults ;-))

But the result is impressive. We are happy in any case, because the laminate is perfectly fit for the selected wallpaper!

The bedroom ...

and the gallery, including storage.

We went on Friday! Around 08:00 clock in the morning time is 2 + 4 trucks moved amazingly slept Craftsmen in order to assemble bathroom furniture and kitchen.

We had the day free and was taken to build step by step experience. Even at the end of the day we were very satisfied, both with the craftsmen as well as with our choice of kitchen and bathroom furniture.

The kitchen

The bathroom furniture:

The toilet:

The wooden mirror has finally taken its place in our toilet ... now our kitschy art space is finite almost completely :-)

The Wardrobe:

The fight was pure. Many, many hours later and thanks 3 men and a woman he was then ... he looks good but from the barrel! And we should place thanks the drawers have plenty of ... But can women have ever enough space for clothes?? I venture to doubt the times ;-)

left the Ladies side, "right is" Mr Page "

And here's the rest of PAXfest ... en Haufe Babbie!

As if this were not enough to have been the highlights, there was a highlight of a very special way on top!

Who gets passed the House receives from Viebrock a nifty booklet with bonuses. And depending on how "good" one is, one must choose a premium. The range of the premium ranges from trips to the shopping vouchers.

We were very well behaved and were delighted at the weekend a very special Viebrock delivery (usually just send the bills so ;-))

Tadaaa: our new toy:

A beautiful gift collection, as we find. Only one downside to the good piece ... it's too big for the glass stage of the newly purchased apartment wall! This was unfortunately designed just for our small 82cm LCD ... but we will think of something there :-)
Soo .. You see, you were eventful days ... and the draw is fast approaching!

Now it's up to us! On the to-do list still stand: delete work Timmer and utility room, Laminate lay, install curtains, hang the lights and build the last living wall. Means that there remains much to do ...

Set Up Wifi Using 3 Donle

before it on Friday with kitchen, laminate flooring and bathroom furniture again really goes around in our cabin, we have taken a few pictures.

Let's start with the still unfurnished, but freshly papered bathroom :

flowers everywhere. I think you can quite clearly see which of us two here "enforced" in the wallpaper selection has ;-) The rest of the bathroom and the ceiling we have papered with painter fleece the company Marburg (patent web). In the last picture you can see the after-market, smaller radiators. Now at last the door opens without problems (see in the picture but from closer than it really is).

Our bedroom received a dashing stripe wallpaper. We are very excited to see how this looks tomorrow together with the laminate.

And here again our corridor. The ceiling light has finally taken its place:

yet the whole thing seems a bit dull ... will change but with the laminate tomorrow hopefully :-)

laminate is also a good point: this is namely also ready to be processed on the next day!

We chose to laminate the company Elesgo. It sounds wonderful on the wellness floor with real oak Structure river and has an impact sound attenuation and is coated anti-static. So finally, no more beatings ;-)

As our gallery due to the very doors installed diagonally nooks and crannies, we have spontaneously decided to have embarrassed the floor in the bedroom and in the gallery by a professional. The rest is up to us then!

Enough hung out on the first floor: here we go first down the stairs ... where you can admire the wall finally mittlerweie lights:

Last Stop: NO .....

.... that is not our living room!! ;-)

time: Tadaa! Our WC!

This wonderful wallpaper we just could not help but buy a chandelier! can

here you can see very well how difficult: The matching wood mirror is already ordered :-)
And here the wallpaper close-up it was right to put the wallpaper on the wall :-)
Soo .. that's it for today. But much remains to be done: in the living room is waiting for our living wall to build on to. On Saturday, our friend from the PAX series ... We are excited to see how we will cope with the construction!

We also are eagerly awaiting our kitchen and bathroom furniture ... Therefore, there will certainly be back soon many new pictures!
