We are just home-and job-date technically very clamped ... suffer regret, unfortunately our blog.

The House Tour, we have recovered well ;-) Although it was very stressful, we would do it again. Unfortunately, we ourselves have no photos of the visit made.

Also available in the coming weeks, important dates: Saturday is the laminate and the remaining lamps are mounted on Monday, the laminate is then laid and the weekend is finally out the bathroom and the kitchen!

It is finished! Today we passed the little house!

Therefore, we were transported almost within minutes of developers to homeowners! :-)

before but it was far, really had all the craftsmen once again get stuck in properly! Accordingly, it was in front of our house quite something going

following works were to the final inspection to be done:

- Services: were some joints completed, drains and water supply was tested
- Electric: satellite system was installed and commissioned
- heating outdoor unit is connected, Ventilation system was measured and the plant was put into operation
- doors and baseboards were installed

This work was begun even while the decline had already completed (up to commissioning of the heating). The final proved to be similar to the pre-acceptance: we went from all rooms, windows and installations have been tested for their function and any deficiencies have been documented.

At the end of the acceptance gabs then another folder with documents, manuals and tips presented an introduction and conclusion to the operation of the heating system and water supply.

relaxed it was, but exhausting! After we then symbolically the house was passed, we gave our site manager and his colleagues also a small gift. Finally, we also wanted to thank you for the good cooperation! This resulted in even this beautiful picture proof:

Well: It's finally done! The long-awaited moment of keys was through! Somehow that was faster than we would like :-) We will miss it every day to enter the site and admire more and more artisans and trades in person!

Although we after yesterday work were quite exhausted, they were presented on this day no rest:

It was hard deleted, wallpaper and mounted the first furniture.

Phew ... This week is really much happened. So much that we all really heavy falls in the correct sequence to summarize.

So let's start step by step ... it is nothing worth mentioning ;-)

After the tiles in the bathroom last week were already almost full, there was this week the finishing touches. Highlight not only the tile plate rud to the bathroom sink, but the sink itself, including fitting can in our opinion quite impressive ;-)

All well seeeehr in fact, had not this shower screen since! After all this we had ordered at all. We had, in fact order them here, the sampling rink in Bad Fallingbosten:

Well ... nu isse a good piece of it. Poorly delivered the separation is really no, but if you look at the shower actually provided, we could have a little annoyed. As it turned out, was the result of the mistaken delivery of a communication error between Mrs. King (sampling) and the Company Wendt.

The sanitary objects in our bathroom are now arrived. These are actually the ones we have actually ordered ;-))

for us but no less important was the fact that suppliers have begun their work. We are really a big stone fell from the heart, as we know it will start this week at last. And in fact, Friday was the supply ditch drawn and laid the water line!

As seen in the last of the pictures above, our outdoor unit has maintained its small concrete pedestal. So slowly but surely takes everything in and around our house voted by his place one ...

The provisional acceptance, the blower door test and an unexpected high visit us were in the house! But as I said nice from the front the whole thing!

The blower door test was Wednesday, one day ahead of schedule instead. Holiday has the advantage that we could be there first hand. Very detailed and comprehensible We were explained each step. then that he visited almost every site in our south around for the right to see. Sometimes he does so unannounced, early morning, once at noon and at times just like us after work for construction workers. We were lucky to hold his spot ...

After much discussion, and each (probably right angle to his complete satisfaction) corner of the house was appraised, he left again after half an hour, and wished us much fun with our house!
